Payment methods

We offer several payment methods to make your purchases easier, some of which depend on the billing country.

When placing your order, all available payment methods will be displayed.

Our main payment methods are:

• PayPal : Possibility to pay in 4 instalments without fees
  

Payment by credit note

You can use a credit note issued by our customer service in the following cases:

• following a product return, as a credit available in your customer account (My loyalty benefits section)
• as part of a goodwill gesture, via a code sent by email

Using a credit note from a return

Credit notes from returns are automatically credited to your customer account. They are applied when you place your order and deducted from the total amount due.

Using a commercial credit note (promo code)

To use a credit note received by email as part of a goodwill gesture, simply enter the code in the designated field before confirming your cart.

The credit note is valid for 12 months from its issue date. For more details, please refer to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

In accordance with applicable regulations, credit notes from returns may, at the customer's request, be refunded to the original payment method during their validity period.

This request can be made via our contact form. If the credit note is used, even partially, the remaining balance may still be used until it expires, but can no longer be refunded in cash.
